Power star Puneeth Rajakumar the non stop successful hero and No.1 of Kannada cinema new under production film ‘Jackie’ in the direction of ‘Dhuniya’ fame Soori has set a new record even before release according to industry sources.

‘Jackie’ produced by Poornima Enterprises a home banner from Dr Rajakumar family has been sold in the market to 14 to 16 crores. The earlier film of power star Puneeth Rajakumar ‘Prithvi’ made a business of Rs.9 crores even before release but ‘Jackie’ is almost double.

Even before completion of five songs and some talkie portions ‘Jackie’ stupendous business in the market shows the strength of Puneeth Rajakumar film. Surely Puneeth Rajakumar ‘Jackie’ has beaten all records of his own films.

The next schedule of ‘Jackie’ shooting is starting in Melkote says producer Raghavendra Rajakumar. The bigwigs Yogaraj Bhat and Jayanth Kaikini have penned songs for the music direction of V Harikrishna. Satya Hegde is the cameraman.

Mallu girl Bhavana plays the female lead and this is her debut in Kannada. Sumithra, Rangayana Raghu, Honnavalli Krishna, Ravi Kaale, Satyajith, Shobaraj, Raju Thalikote, Sampath, Umesh, Ravikiran, Siddaraju, Harshika Poonacha, Nisha, Petrol Prasanna, Apoorva, Sushma, Biradar and others are in the cast.

Different Danny, Ravi Verma have composed the stunts while Imran Sardaria is the choreographer for ‘Jackie’.
